I am a sociologist and Assistant Professor at the University of Bucharest, Department of Sociology. My research examines how people understand, experience and negotiate digital technologies in everyday life.
My work explores social media algorithms, human–AI interaction, video games and digital culture, with particular attention to agency, gender and ideology. I also study public attitudes toward science. Across these areas, I use qualitative research, quantitative analysis and bibliometric approaches.
